1. Return Eligibility
Wholeds accepts return requests for eligible items within 14 days after the customer receives the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be in original condition.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging should be included where applicable.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to product condition, hygiene, or order-specific reasons.
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without required tags, labels, or original packaging where applicable.
- Items returned after the return window has ended.
- Items that are not in resalable condition.
- Final sale or clearance items if clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending the item back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, product name, and the reason for your return request.
4. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a Wholeds error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item received.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method when sending items back, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
To help us review your request, please provide your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability, size, color, and stock status. If you need a different size or item, please contact customer support for assistance.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or other available solution according to this policy.
8. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has started processing or has already shipped.
Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account, card statement, PayPal account, or payment provider account.
